Circa 1890-S Russia Stamps - Wrong Colors?

I found this same pair in three different old albums with these colors. The catalog says they should be black & gray and black & yellow (#s 53 or 69; 54 or 70). Were these reprinted in different colors? Thanks! - Troy

Check #137 and #138, the provisional government issues released after the Czar was deposed.

These are from the 22nd standard issues of march 1917.
They are line perfed 13 1/2 or 12 1/2.(check the perfs because they don't have the same catalog value.)
Your 2 stamps are Type II (double frame).Type I is single frame.

Thanks so much for the replies and the info! I should have looked further into the catalog. All three of the albums having these stamps in the wrong place threw me. - Troy
