I found this same pair in three different old albums with these colors. The catalog says they should be black & gray and black & yellow (#s 53 or 69; 54 or 70). Were these reprinted in different colors? Thanks! - Troy
These are from the 22nd standard issues of march 1917. They are line perfed 13 1/2 or 12 1/2.(check the perfs because they don't have the same catalog value.) Your 2 stamps are Type II (double frame).Type I is single frame.
