Don't know if you're still collecting data, but just came across this post. Using Bobby De La Rue's image and numbering system of the various watermarks, I have:

Scott 66 #14 wmk oriented correctly
Scott 77 #14 wmk inverted
Scott 77 #14 wmk oriented correctly
Scott 78 #14 wmk inverted (x4 stamps)
Scott 78 #14 wmk oriented correctly
Scott 102 #13 wmk oriented correctly
Scott 99 #14 wmk oriented correctly (x2 stamps)
Scott 99 #14 wmk inverted
Scott 98 #14 wmk oriented correctly (x2 stamps)
Scott 98 #14 wmk inverted
Scott 110 #22 wmk oriented correctly (x2 stamps)

Hope that helps! (Though it was good practice with my watermarking fluid either way)

Thank you vagonbrei33.

Is your Scott 98 a Die I or Die II type?
The Die II inverted watermark is much harder to find than the Die I inverted watermark.

For your reference, on the Die II the pearl at left is not merged with the crown and the S in WALES is thicker:

I've never really studied this stamp (apart from the postmarks) but the second die is a heck of a lot sharper when you can see it from your images FDS

Very true, Bobby De La Rue.

The Die I plates were made from a boxwood die and the Die II plates from a new steel die.

Notwithstanding this, on some rare occasions, the inking sometimes produced Die II stamps that looked quite messy compared to a decent Die I example.
Die I is below left with Die II on the right.

Thanks for the information about how to tell Die I from II - very helpful! In my newbie generalized form of collecting, stamps with 15 different versions still make me cry, but I'm trying! When I was younger, I had a tendency to just jot down the identity as the cheapest option (hangs head in shame). From my notably poor eye for detail, it looks to be Die I. Included a picture of the stamp in question. (Why my scanner guillotined the edges of the poor thing, I don't know).

Best stay away from the Great Britain QV 1d reds - you'll run out of tissues, hankies and sleeves pretty quickly
