Likely not. The vermilion error of color requires expertization. If you want to do a quick check to see if it's close enough to justify the expertization expense, overlay one over a 3rd issue $2 (R145) or $5 (R148) denomination revenue, as those are printed in vermilion. If the colors match, it's vermilion. If not, then a color changeling or printing shade of orange.
You can't tell just my looking at a single stamp alone or compared to other R135, as your eyes will play tricks on you.
