Hi everyone am new to the forum and stamp collecting in general. I have recently come across two 1959 Queensland Centenary stamps one has the purple/violet colour representing the flowers as per standard, on the other one the flowers are white, is this just an anomaly or someone tampering. I can't seem to find any info on this, any help would be appreciated.

Regards Maxibacon

Stamp in question Sc#333
No varieties listed in the 1977 ACSC catalogue. (Type C73)
You need to offer more information, help us, to help you.
A scan, or is the example used? Mint with gum?

Probably faded out from too much sun. A scan would be helpful though.

Maxibacon..The power of 'rubbers' clearly shown in this 'no beak' *FAKE*..unlike my GENUINE Avatar,1 of a pair on a letter, suffering production problem leaving stripping under eye..'careful examination' etc separates sheep from goats. Have you examined yours intricately ?

Hi Maxibacon

There are no known varieties fitting your inscription referring to that particular stamp; you will need to show a scan of the stamp.
