I need help identifying the green 3 pence stamp from Victoria (circa 1884) pictured in the scan below. I've searched both the Scott and Stanley Gibbons catalogs but they only list the 3 pence of this design in various shades of orange.

Color change as Bobby says. Scott usually puts a notation after the first design listings.
