Old silk postcards are indeed popular with postcard collectors and often trade at a premium to regular postcards of the era. Just how much of a premium depends on the specific card, of course; some are much scarcer than others. Ship postcards like these are also quite popular as topicals.
The Olympic was the sister ship of the Titanic, IIRC, so that may give this card additional historic interest.
The Olympic was sister ship of the Titanic. Built after Titanic sank, sister ships Britanic and Olympic were built with additional life boats and safety features. Britanic was sunk serving as a Hospital ship. Olympic sailed on until withdrawn and scrapped. Note Olympic was HMT not HMS (T= troopship)
