None of the above. The holes look more like Farwell perfs, but this is an unknown pattern.

The top and bottom edges are uneven, so I'm guessing someone was playing around with scissors and punches.

Thanks, guys... was considering a purchase pending ID and authenticity,
but, I can see from the response, they're likely contrived fakes...
