Could someone please help me identify this stamp. I believe that it is a Scott 453 but not sure. It is perf 10.

Here is a great website that may help you in sorting out all the Washington/Franklins. Give it a try. Sort of step by step elimination process.

Hey Hobson,

Thank you for the advice and link. I looked it up and it appears to be a Scott 444. I checked for a watermark and found none.

While the image is blurred, it is not bad enough to hide rotary press type III features.
