Facit catalogues have listings in some of their yearly catalogues that are not listed every year. Example: the 1991 catalogue list Sweden Postal Stationery and the 2003 catalogue Local stamps and Christmas seals.
Is there a list of what years have special listings?
Maybe those of us who have Facit catalogs of various years, could compile a listing of special features, right here. When I can get to my catalogs today, I will post mine.
I believe this to be a regular feature of most ( specialized ) European catalogs. The NVPH Dutch Speciale Catalogus has been doing this very thing since the 90"s also
