I think this is a Scott #212 stamp. Is this missing a color or can anyone tell me what is up with this stamp? I put it next to a normal #212.

Thanks

The color is there, but a very faded and abused specimen.

It appears to have been carefully painted with bleach, or some other chemical.

It would have been helpful if you had included pics of all the errors, or varieties.
