I am not sure what you mean with the question but the stamp is a Schermack perforate coil stamp, and they are listed in the Scott catalog under 'vending and affixing machine perforations'. You can also find these on www.stampsmarter.com .

The paper tare bottom left broken price of paper. Is this bad? Can you give scott#

Most public libraries in the US have Scott's catalogs available, and many allow the catalogs to circulate.

No expert, but I have to ask. Is it genuine? as the paper appears rough cut at top and bottom as well as slanted on bottom.
