I met a guy on the weekend boasting about his "3 cent Washington on laid paper" worth $160,000, he was listing for only $50,000 on Kijiji. Very believable.

It's a little off center. Will they take $40,000?

Here is another example. The Washington stamp the seller Wants 99,000. Says its rare due to the aligning issue and makes it super valuable. The Harding stamp, the seller Wants 20,000 and is a 1923.

What is disturbing is that the people behind listings such as this move about freely amongst us.

I've yet to see one beat the used SC 319 at $199,999 I posted a pic of a while back. It wouldn't surprise me if there was one for more though. It was finally removed due to a listing error so I don't know if it still counts.
