The OP was looking for a US-based dealer that carries Y&T catalogs. I am not aware of any and generally find it easier for order catalogs and other books published in Europe either directly from the publisher or from a EU-based philetelic book dealer. WRT Yvert & Tellier, it does seem that they accept credit cards for payment, so why not go directly to them? Shipping will likely be expensive, but a US dealer would be adding on their markup as well, so it would probably be a wash.
