I'm going to be the 'there's always one in a crowd.' Covers I sold on either ebay or HipStamp to foreign destinations have arrived surprisingly quickly, most recently one door-to door, rural New York State to the south of France, in just 4-days.

A catalogue covering Train Cinderellas mailed to me from the UK, crossed The Pond, cleared customs, and was at my door in a mere 6-days.

A lot must depend on which Distribution Center the mail travels through for there to be such a wide disparity in results, at least here in the US.
