I'm not seeing it. Would just like verification if possible from the esteemed here. It was being passed off as a 23 with a really bad vid.

And I know a 23 isn't a type Va. but if it's a Va I'll see if I can workout a deal on the refund.

Off topic but thought I'd ask for an opinion on this stamp. Does this look like a reperf? Seems a bit off to me.

Not Va. It's Type V, relief E. Looks like position 47R8.
