The 3rd stamp is from the 1864 issue of Holland. Overprint "FRANCO"...

The Franco text is not an overprint but a common cancellation during that that time.

Not to be picky, but "Holland" is usually referred to as "The Netherlands' when talking about stamps. "Holland" is just a small portion of the Netherlands,
