These are sometimes called commemorative panes. There is a total of 18 including three especially made for Boots to be included with a Greeting card.
I should be very grateful if someone could please let me know the date of issue and printer of the following four which, unlike the others, consist of a se-tenant pair of commemorative stamps surrounded by selvedge:
