The very late date of 1893 is very dubious.All the remaining stocks where burned some years before.It could also be a purely Philatelic cancel,in which case the vignette never saw actual postal use.The early dates prevail for genuinely canceled vignettes. I do not believe the signatures are genuine. The "C" in the genuine is square/squarer, the "s" is smaller and different than done here. Further, Roger Calves imprint signatures are very clear, small but readable from a distance.
I have seen similar if not the same false Roger Calves signatures on a few stamps on piece or covers, all illegal bisects or odd usages. I can find no reference about them, however.
