It appears that in order to insure horizontal separation the user scissor-cut the stamps along the non-error perforations

I had a 90c large bank note with an extra row of perforations similar to this one. Sent it in to the PF, and it was a genuine misperf. It's possible this could be too.

That sounds interesting. Do you still have it? If so, may we see it? I'm curious about how those extra perfs run.
