Here is something I found online.
Is this the same item?

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Does yours have the experimental cellophane interleaving? Why do you believe every stamp you find is the holy grail?

You would need to look at a Scott US Specialized Catalogue. There are a number of different booklets with this front cover. The value for a complete booklet varies with the actual booklet panes inside the booklet as well as the back cover. The cellophane interleaving was short lived and the typical interleaving was glassine.

From the cover alone, your booklet is NOT the same as the auction lot.
