Hello, My main question is about the seal on the back. It reads Sigillum Cancell Peltengensis. I kmow that Sigillum Cancell is Latin for seal cancel but can find no translation or meaning for Peltengensis. When I enter those 3 words it brings up Hradiste sv Hypolita HR 377. This is a small town in the Czech Republic (Poltenberg in German). I don't know what the HR 337 is. It appears to be sent from the church there so it may be a church seal. My question is does anyone know what Peltengensis means?
Thanks
David
