Again this stamp is a forgery.Yes it is a 2mm spacing (The most rare of all) but the overprint is forged on a reproduction stamp.
Wrong form of "'3" in 30.The chinese characters have some blobs instead of bevelded endings in their strokes.
The base stamp has inaccuracies in the numeral "24" and design work on the left is not as finely done as in the genuine.

Rod222 your right.In the OP's pic the measuring instrument is some distance from the stamp.Shadows Under the thing.Curious….Plus the pic is at an angle.
