Here is an otherwise clean Malta 4d SG150 with what looks like a messy overprint - or is it a double, or even triple overprint?

Grateful for views on this.

I Don't think this would qualify as a double overprint,more like a printing flaw in the letterpress.Any way they seem too exist…
