This is the cancel of Tumbes, on the northern border with Ecuador. As far as I know, this was used alone without any CDS struck elsewhere on a cover.

The style of cancel was used in a number of Peruvian towns starting much earlier.

This was a small town at the time so there should be some kind of premium for this cancel.
