Looks like the first denomination in the 1876 series of definitive Hermes heads. I do not have a Scott but I doubt if they give a value for that one. ( I meant I do not think they give a value for a bunch of stamps on one envelope ).
I would put this in the 1880-86 printings. (Hellas 53b yellowish brown) Given also it has an 1885 postmark. The 1 lepta exists in this printing: Deep Brown on yellowish,Yellowish Brown,Red Brown,Deep red Brown,Grey Brown.(That is Hellas listing).
