Try Georgia - appears to be Scott 43.

Hobsun

Note for ones like this - I always try the Linns Stamp Identifier first. Not affiliated but do use the book. You can find it on several sites - well worth it.

There is also an Identifier in the back of the Scott catalogs. You can find the text from your stamp which would lead you to Georgia.
