Here is a 1871 postal card...It is suppose to be YELLOW GREEN/BLUE GREEN or PALE OLIVE GREEN...This card seems to be a GREY/BLACK...Could be oxidation...?

Here is another question, this seems to be a French card..Do they have an English version...?...Such as "Universal Postal Union"

That's quite the darkening of colour! UX4 is from 1879, as the UPU was only founded in 1874. French was the official language so at that early date, it seems only French was used. By the time of the next UPU postal card (UX15 in 1896) UPU was presented in both French and English.
