I found this Turkey stamp in an album where Scott #23 would go, but I'm not sure about this. Isn't the printed denomination in the corners "5" not "2?" Also I haven't seen any other of these stamps with a border like this one has. Can anyone please identify it? Thanks!

The red brown border indicates this is a postage due. If perf 13.5 then it's from the 1869 issue, otherwise it's from the 1871 issue.

Yeah, one of the pin perfed issues, not perf 13. Looks like J29 in Scott. Nicely centered for the issue.
