I don't have it, but the lower stamp is from one of the many overprinted series issued in France after the liberation, in this case in Saverne in Bas-Rhin. The set consists of twenty stamps and may be found with two types of overprint: with large RF (yours); or small. Listed in Maury. The legitimacy of many of these liberation "issues" is open to question. I imagine that your first stamp is Czech.
