Absolutely not. The only source of the 4 and 8 cent stamps were from the Post Office Archives and were traded for missing rare stamps that the Post Office did not have. In other words they were not slapped onto an envelope and cork canceled. No, no and no.

From Siegel:

The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General's report states that 4,000 (ten sheets) of the 8c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors' hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

It might be "real", but it's not "genuine".

Pklee355,
You have started threads for:
#85f Z Grill 15 Cent
#169 Special Print 3 Cent
#106 10 Cent
#363 8 Cent

If you sampled 100 collectors none of them would have found any one of these stamps during their entire lifetimes. Frankly, I think your identifications are incorrect. But this does not matter, the ONLY way anyone is going to believe that these stamp are rare is if you get certifications for them; without certifications from recognized organizations these are worthless

But more importantly, you have broken the forum rules regarding cross posting, you already posted the stamp and images in another thread. https://goscf.com/t/69134
