Is the used 5 cent pair on maling tag the bluish paper variety?

I know the manila cardboard tag isn't helping matters.

It is near impossible to tell from a scan and looking at the face only, particularly with the 5c.

What makes you even suspect this is a 5c bluish paper? Only a handful of used ones (5?) are recorded.

They just look dirty to me. You can search on this site for clues on how to see a "bluish" stamp. Good luck.
