My only recommendation for Perforations is that you measure them with a gauge. However, I believe that this stamp is only known with Perf 12, so no need to measure in any case. Color is much more difficult, as has been noted numerous times on this forum.
I would think that the grill (if any) would be much more interesting to identify.
