First Issue printed by the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing in 1894/1895. 10c Printed in Dark Green (pre-Universal Postal Union color - changed to Orange Brown in 1898). Features statesman Daniel Webster. Was printed on unwatermarked paper and double line watermarked paper. Your stamp is used, soiled, and very damaged.
