This issue only came on normal or "blued" paper. Hard to tell the shade from your picture so if not a Lake shade then probably a scott 332 (assuming it is perf 12). Please post better pictures.
Please post a clear image of the back. If it is ribbed paper, then it can't be bluish paper. Rather, it might be a transfer from whatever paper it was on since there is still some gum on it. It needs a soak in cold water.
What am I missing here? The paper type does not matter for this one unless you think you have a blue paper (which is not what the OP asked about). It's a 375 if it has a single line watermark. It is a 332 or 358 if it has a DL watermark, and if it is on "blue paper" it is a 358. Check the watermark and you may have your answer. I don't think it is blue paper, but if you have a DL watermark, then get a good scan on an orange background and you'll get a consensus here as to whether you have a blue paper. As for value, if it is a blue paper, the catalog value is $120 for a VF used stamp. Yours is not VF - it has a straight edge and maybe some funky perfs. F-VF at best. If it is a 375 or 332, it catalogs for about $15 either way. Still a neat stamp.
