I have this on cover and I'm wondering if this is missing right side perfs? Is that a guide mark lower right? Thanks

That is where the sheet was cut so it is a natural straight edge. The guide arrow is a nice positional piece and if it's a full cover I would imagine it's a scarce find. Bummer about the upper right.

You can find an explanation of this in the Scott Specialized Catalogue "Information for collectors" chapter. Look for "plate arrangement",

Thanks for the information, here's another view of the stamp and cover. The stamp was pushed in on the upper right & I tried to correct it. the stamp has a small tear on the upper left tho.
