Good Evening All,

I have what I believe is a US 1873 Official stamp - SC #O72 perforated 12. I believe this is at least evidence of an imperforate between stamp. Yep, someone likely cut this pair in two with scissors way back in 1873. Any idea what the value might be or if this is common? A bit rusty, haven't been stamping in a while. I don't see a listing for a imperforate between stamp in SC - maybe that's because it was common.

Thanks!

This is a straddle margin example where the sheet was cut into two panes of 100. It was not cut with a scissors.

It was trimmed by someone towards the bottom, possibly to get rid of damage. The sheet margin should be absolutely straight under normal circumstances.
