Actually, I am not sure it is a real stamp. It is a 50 Drachma value and should be Greece or some territory or state of Greece. Scott does not show this one in postage or BOB, that I can find. I think the first word is Banknote so this may not even be a stamp. Can anyone tell me what this is?

That is a Greek revenue stamp.
The first line means "Kingdom of Greece"
