Just a heads-up that Eric Jackson just added one to his inventory that is priced fairly reasonably (any documents with both U.S. and non-U.S. revenue stamps affixed from the Spanish American War period are fairly scarce, and ones from the Civil War period are outright rare, in my opinion).
I already have two examples from this same company with U.S. and French revenues affixed, or I would have already purchased it.
