#966A 1982 Canada Day Lr Philatelic Pane, Is It Known Error Or Variety?

I have a few 1982 Canada Day Philatelic panes and I've noticed one of the Lower Right position pane is different in that it is missing the inscription on the right side. The picture shows two LR panes and the one on the right is different. Is this known, or perhaps just somebody made a cut by accident? Thanks.

Zdtan, firstly, welcome to the forum.

As for the souvenir sheets you show, the left one is the lower right inscription pane. All four corners were available.

As for the right pane, these are standard for postal sale usage at the post office counter, the inscriptions being trimmed off on them. Note that the counter pane has a 14 or 19 manuscript count mark on the lower left pane.
