1722 Asian? Circular Handstamps I Have No Idea ? Please Help Identify

Good afternoon, I have no idea what these stamps are or the country of origin but assume they may be a revenue of some type. I am not sure if the 1722 is the date.Thanks once again for your assistance.

Looks a lot like Bengali to me (based on a quick Google search). I'd be interested to see what it actually is! So many wonderful languages in this world to discover :)
