Took a look at Ralph's Scott 41 Small Queen Dropped and Bounced Transfer Roll variety and notice I had a oddity on one of my Scott 37 stamps..Looks like a Dropped and Bounced Transfer Roll variety.
What do you think...?

The so-called transfer roll lines pinpointed are in black cancel ink, methinks there is a simpler explanation for the extra horizontal lines.
