I know I am not going to retire with the stamp, however, I've been trying to determine what I have here. My measurements bring it in as a 10x10 perf. and the image looks like it's 22mm in length. Any other options besides pulling off and looking at watermarks? Thanks for the help!

Welcome.
You can learn more about your stamp here, you would have to remove stamp to check for watermark. In my opinion, the stamp (424 or 462) is not worth removing.
