CHAS. (Charles) DIAMOND at top, PERTH WA at bottom. Technically, it's not a post mark but a fiscal cancel with a company name.

yesterday on an extended top to the Eastern States. He expects to be away about six weeks.

If you measure the width of the design of the stamp in mm (millimetres), then count the number of teeth (the pointy up bits) along that design, then I can perf guage it for you.
Only the design, not the entire width of the item.
Most are worth 50c but one guage is worth $20 (book value)
