CHAS. (Charles) DIAMOND at top, PERTH WA at bottom. Technically, it's not a post mark but a fiscal cancel with a company name. |

Referred to as a "Long Swan" stamp 11th March 1923 Sunday Times Perth CHAS. DIAMOND TRIPS EAST Mr. Chas. Diamond, manager of the Commercial Bank in W.A left yesterday on an extended top to the Eastern States. He expects to be away about six weeks.  As advised by HB including "Share and Investments" |

Offer the perforation guage, and the watermark and I'll value it.
(presume it is black and violet?) Black and Purple?

Mike,
If you measure the width of the design of the stamp in mm (millimetres), then count the number of teeth (the pointy up bits) along that design, then I can perf guage it for you.
Only the design, not the entire width of the item.
Most are worth 50c but one guage is worth $20 (book value) |
