Hello all Stamp Masters, Here is a stamp from South Australia 2 Shilling. It has a red star watermark. My Question: Does the watermark raise the value at all?

It looks like a standard watermark to me. What makes you think it is special? You'll have to verify the perforations to find the exact stamp in Scotts.
