I am posting this for a new member who is having trouble navigating the forum. He has the following question regarding the 1987 Kansas Duck stamp, any feedback is appreciated.

He did not send along any images but I am adding images for clarity (print on top).
My assumption is that the discrepancy in with the number of primary feathers; 10 on print and 11 on stamp.
