A couple puzzling me: cancels "Aviz" and "Ponte do Sor" on Portuguese issues for Sao Tome/Principe. Are those places in the islands or, maybe, cancels from the mainland? My sources unhelpful. My thanks in advance for your help.

Gibbons notes that the Colonies stamps of this issue were "used indiscriminately in Portugal", hence the Portuguese postmarks.
