Strange Perforations On Jq2?

The bottom perforations on the JQ2 below seem strange to me. The stamp comes with clean certs from both PF & PSE. The PF cert is 15 yrs. old while the PSE is from September of this year. Am I being paranoid in questioning the bottom perfs?

Both top and look strange to me, no expert but they look similar and both have an angle opposite from left to right.Looking for the one I have.Gar
