I have two stamps that appear to be Yugoslavia Scott #8. One is vermilion as indicated in the Scott catalog, but the other is clearly brown in color. The brown stamp (circled to the left of this image) has a postmark with the year 1921 (the same year that Scott # 8 was issued). Is this a known color variety of this stamp, or does it fall under a different Scott #?

Possibly a "colour changeling"
Orange can turn to Brown.
I have a Orange German that turned Black.

See right hand stamp.

Interesting. I didn't realize that vermilion could change to brown. That must be it.
