I'm sorry, but what exactly is your question? Can you post a picture and detail why you think something is different than most common item? A lot of people assume they have the most expensive / rare variety before they carefully eliminate all of the other options.

Measuring this way is not accurate, for example how you align the ruler makes a large difference.


Some people seek to use measuring as a way to determine if they have a rotary press rarity. Not sure if this is why you are trying to measure the stamp but your stamp is flat plate printed as shown in your images (sharp impression, setoff on back, etc.).

Your stamp is not a #613. The dimensions given in catalogs and measuring tolerances involved prevent using them from being a good way to ID rotary printed stamps.
