Value Of Misprinted Stamps?

This is my first post on this group so I apologize if it's not in the correct category.

I have a sheet of Reptiles and Amphibians 2003 stamps that are mis-printed and wonder about the value of them... I think the color is correct but it looks like the sheet was buckled when the perforations were placed so they are off from the pictures.

Any suggestions on valuing them? Thanks in advance!

All depends on how bad it is mis-perforated. Can you show a picture?

Welcome StampNewb123. If you take a pic or scan the item (under 200kb JPG size) and post it on this thread, you will have a much better chance of getting diverse, meaningful responses.

Thank you! I also have a receipt from the purchase but it's very faded. Not sure if that would make a difference.

Edited to add: hard to tell from the picture but there is a crease or cut running up from the bottom in the Collared Lizard toward the Box turtle.

Nice scan. The die cuts can be seen (slightly) cutting through the images. I am not sure exactly how many Millimeters "off" the vertical centering is.

The U.S. modern stamp specialists here can give you a better idea of how collectible/desirable the sheet is.

EFOs (Errors, Freaks, and Oddities) demand and value is largely based upon how visually striking the EFO is; the more visibly striking the more other hobbyists think, "I would like to have that in my collection".

Just to add on to what Don said, misperfs are a very subjective thing and it's often a matter of "distance". A slight misperf to one person is awful centering and detracts from the value but to another it is a fun and collectible oddity. Obviously if the Perf runs right down the center of the stamp, that's ideal as it is dramatic and has a wow factor. Everything in between that, especially when it just clips the edge of a design is really a "eye of the beholder" situation. I think for your sheet, you'd really need to find the right person who is seeking a collection of misperfs and wants to add to their collection but that may be a limited market, especially for less dramatic and more modern issues. But that's just my opinion - the right collector might be desperate for that piece and therefore the value could be great! Fun find either way.

That the die cutting is such that inscriptions and parts of inscriptions are on another stamp make these significant enough. Pricing is up in the air. Part of it depends on just how many others are found like this. It may come down to selling it to see what it is worth.
